The Science Week of the year has been held from 12th to 16th Oct. It was co-organized by six teams including Astronomy Club, Biology Club, Chemistry Club, Physics Club, Environmental Education Team and Robot Team.

The highlight of Science Week this year was the introduction of Environmental Education Team and Robot Team, their interactive demonstration in cover playground attracted students successfully, and revealed that science is everywhere in our daily lives. Besides, as the number of team and resources increased, the workload of organizing various activities could be shared, this relieved students’ pressure despite of the academic matters.

The adopt of student “LED approach” was further developed, student leaders took the initiative to explore and learn through their firsthand experience. In this atmosphere, team spirit was developed among different team leaders by supporting each other’s activities to a very high extent.

 

本年度科學週於二零一五年十月十二日至十月十六日，由天文學會、生物學會、化學學會、物理學會、環保教育組及機械人小組聯手策劃及舉行。

得到環保教育組及機械人小組的加入，本年度的科學週得以有更多的亮點：在操場上增添了充滿互動元素的遊戲，令同學能更留意隱藏於日常生活的科學，科學確實無處不在。此外，隨著兩組有更多資源的加入，學會幹事們能更輕鬆及專注的準備，減少他們準備科學週的壓力。

本年度的科學週沿用「讓學生成為學習經歷的設計者」的精神，讓學生能主動探究，在第一身的體驗中使他們能獲得最大的得著。而今年的學生領袖們表現亦相當傑出，他們非常願意主動協作和溝通，並互相支持對方舉辦的活動，低年級的同學能從中大大領悟到團體精神與互相合作的重要性，對他們自身的成長有著莫大的幫助。
